IT’S NEARLY TIME

Your surgery date is close, so there are a few things that you need to be aware of:

• Have you been in touch with Mater about their health screening procedures?

• Are you clear about your admission time? It will be on the printed leaflet that you received below—or indicated in communications by text or email from Dr Tucker’s office. You should have been told when to stop eating and drinking before surgery. If not or you can’t remember, to be safe: no food 5 hours before admission time - and only clear fluid up to 2 hours before admission time. Clear fluid means water, tea/coffee with no milk and cordial.

• If you have any questions for your anaesthetist, please get in touch with them directly.

• Surgeon’s fees must be paid 5 business days before the surgery date. The total amount due is listed on your quote. Please be aware that surgery will not proceed without confirmed pre-payment of these fees. This may be done via bank transfer or via credit card at Cranbrook Medical. Alternatively, if you prefer a secure CC payment link to be sent by SMS to your mobile or email, please email admin@dannytucker.net
